About Legacy Beef, LLC
Area cattle producers and Legacy Beef, LLC owners, Derek Nuxoll, Clay Groom, Miles Hatter and Larry Hatter saw a need for the establishment of a locally based meat processing facility with locally sourced beef, pork and lamb.
Having convenient access to a USDA-certified beef slaughterhouse was critical so for now, the team purchased a USDA facility located in Clarkston, WA. The plan moving forward is to expand offerings into the owners home base of Grangeville, Idaho.
